  • Friday 24th October
    • 3:30 PM: Opening Ceremony in RMIT Building 80
    • 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: On-campus breakout rooms available to start early planning.
  • Saturday 25th October
  • Sunday 26th October
    • 9:30 AM: Submissions due.
    • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: On-campus rooms open to participants.
    • 1:00 PM: Lunch provided.
    • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Awards Ceremony - please forgive delays.

 

Eligibility

You must be a current RMIT Student to participate.

 

Project and Submission Requirements

  • Submit by the deadline, and reach out ASAP for any submission issues. Late exceptions cannot be guaranteed.
  • Only work within your team, no external assistance from other individuals is allowed.
  • Only work within the timeline, no work from old projects/schoolwork can be submitted.
  • Commit often to your GitHub repository to show proof of your progress and development.
  • Use of generative AI must be appropriately referenced. Please include an explanation of why you used AI to assist you.

 

Prizes

Your team may only receive one prize at most.

  • First Place: $275 AUD (split Visa gift cards)
  • Second Place: $225 AUD (split Visa gift cards)
  • Third Place: $175 AUD (split Visa gift cards)
  • Fourth Place (auDA Sponsored): $175 AUD (split gift cards)
  • Community Voted: $175 AUD (split Visa gift cards)
